1. Project Planning & Coordination
- Assist in project scheduling, planning, and execution.
- Prepare project timelines and track progress regularly.
- Coordinate with designers and project managers for design approvals and revisions.
- Ensure all required materials, drawings, and documents are available before site execution.
2. Site Supervision & Monitoring
- Visit project sites regularly to monitor work progress.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Maintain quality standards and report any deviations.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other vendors.
3. Vendor & Material Management
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery.
- Verify material quality and quantity upon delivery.
- Track purchase orders and follow up on pending materials.
- Maintain records of material usage and site stock.
4. Client Coordination
- Act as a point of contact between the client and the company.
- Update clients on project progress.
- Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project files including drawings, BOQs, invoices, and agreements.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Maintain records of site expenses, TA bills, and material bills.
- Submit reports to the Project Manager/HR as required.
