Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Representative role based in New Delhi. The Customer Support Representative will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels, providing accurate information about products, orders, and services. Responsibilities include resolving issues related to electronic parts and components, assisting customers with order placement and tracking, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complaints. The role involves maintaining detailed records of interactions, following up on pending cases,



and contributing to customer satisfaction initiatives. The representative will also support process improvements by sharing customer feedback and suggesting enhancements to support workflows and documentation.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on handling queries professionally and efficiently.
