Role Description
The Sales Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for driving new business and expanding relationships with existing clients. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, presenting solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle for AI08’s software and automation services.
The Sales Specialist will collaborate closely with technical and marketing teams to understand client needs, prepare proposals, and tailor offerings that align with business goals. Daily activities include maintaining an organized sales pipeline, delivering product demos, providing timely follow-up, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. The role also includes gathering market feedback, contributing to sales strategies, and supporting onboarding by coordinating training or handoffs to implementation teams.
