Content Marketing Lead

Youll build the inbound engine for Growbiz Solutions an AI-native Salesforce partner. Working video-first, youll turn our real Salesforce and Claude AI builds into a YouTube channel plus a full repurposing machine shorts, LinkedIn, SEO blog posts, and sales collateral. Our experts supply the expertise on screen; you own everything else AI-augmented, from strategy to results.
Responsibilities
- Own our content engine end-to-end strategy, SEO, production, distribution, and measurement
- Turn real Salesforce and AI builds into video screen-recorded demos with scripted or AI voiceover (no on-camera host required)
- Run our YouTube channel: SEO-optimized titles, thumbnails, and descriptions that rank and grow the audience
- Repurpose every video into shorts, LinkedIn clips, SEO blog posts, and sales collateral
- Build content around our Salesforce cloud expertise and Claude AI services, mapped to buyer-intent search
- Track organic traffic, rankings, and inbound leads and double down on what works
Technical Skills
- Strong video editing screencast-based content,



captions, and voiceover assembly (Premiere, DaVinci, CapCut, or Descript)
- YouTube SEO and channel-growth know-how
- On-page SEO and keyword research (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console)
- AI-augmented workflow you use ChatGPT/Claude daily for scripting, AI voiceover, editing, and repurposing
- Able to turn technical or expert input into explicit, authoritative content
Soft Skills
- Excellent written English you create content for a North American B2B audience
- Self-managed with consistent publishing discipline content only compounds with cadence
- Results-driven you care about views, traffic, and leads, not just output
- Curious about Salesforce, AI, and B2B technology
- Ownership mindset you want to build a channel from scratch, not follow a template
