About Role

We're looking for an energetic, self-driven
Inside Sales Executive
to help grow Bit Kapteyn's customer base across our Personal, Family, and Teams plans — starting from scratch. This is a true hunter role: you'll be responsible for building your own pipeline through cold emailing, cold calling, and other outbound lead generation, then carrying those leads all the way through to a closed deal. You'll work closely with marketing and product to bring the story of zero-knowledge security to individuals, families, and growing teams.





What You'll Do
- Build sales pipeline from the ground up through cold emailing, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other self-sourced lead generation
- Research and identify target prospects — individuals, families, and teams — likely to need a secure password manager
- Design and run outbound email sequences and follow-up cadences to generate qualified conversations
- Qualify self-generated leads and move them through the funnel to a scheduled demo
- Run product walkthroughs and demos highlighting features like the password generator, secure sharing, and cross-platform sync
- Guide prospects through pricing plans — Personal, Family, and Teams — and recommend the right fit for their needs
- Convert free-tier users and trial sign-ups into paying customers
- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, outreach, qualification, demo, negotiation, and close
- Maintain accurate
