Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for
IT Services/ IT Staffing roles
- Source
high-quality candidates
via LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and networks
- Conduct initial screenings to assess communication, experience, and role fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with the internal team
- Build and maintain
active talent pipelines
across multiple roles

Mandatory Requirements:
- 2-4
years
of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Hands-on experience with
IT Services/ IT Staffing
roles hiring (

)
- Experience sourcing via
LinkedIn, Naukari
, and internal databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid coordination, follow-up, and management abilities
