Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting customers within the construction, scaffolding, contracting, and infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate should understand the construction ecosystem and be comfortable selling technology-based solutions. Product training will be provided.





Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify and develop current business opportunities within the construction and building industry.
- Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, industry associations, references, and digital channels.
- Meet builders, contractors, project managers, scaffolding companies, and decision-makers to demonstrate the Kattumaan platform.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and solution discussions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Engagement
- Build strong relationships with builders, project owners, and construction companies.
- Understand customer pain points and position Kattumaan as the preferred solution.
- Coordinate with implementation and customer success teams for smooth onboarding.
- Maintain customer information and sales activities in CRM.
