Job Description:
- Excellent Creative skills
- Good hand in designing Websites & Mobile Apps.
- Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, process flows and site maps.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Analyze and plan the framework of design according to the laid-out concept and established specifications of the project.
- If required delegate job responsibilities among team members and oversee that quality
work is being completed within the deadline and estimated budget.
- Dealing with the clients and being the point of contact.
- Oversee that recent techniques and processes are used to provide the best quality of designs.
- If required, support, mentor and assist the team members to choose the right style, attractive graphics, images, and other visual elements to adapt them according to the objectives of the project.
- Consult with clients on various approaches for their custom solution including Design and Development methodologies, UI frameworks, platforms and tools.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Key Skills Required:
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Excellent proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and other designing tools.
- Experience in video making and editing will be a plus.
- Strong time management and ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must.
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
