Job Summary
The Service Manager will lead and manage the complete service operations for cranes, hoists, and heavy fabrication machinery. This role involves overseeing installation, commissioning, AMC operations, breakdown services, customer relationship management, team leadership, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The position requires strong technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, along with proven leadership experience in managing service teams within heavy industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities
1. Service Operations Management
1. Lead and manage field service engineers (Mechanical Electrical).
2. Plan and allocate manpower for site activities.
3. Ensure timely completion of installation, maintenance, and breakdown services.
4. Monitor service KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and service quality.
2. Installation Commissioning
1. Supervise installation and commissioning of:
2. EOT Cranes
3. Hoists
4. Ensure adherence to engineering drawings and project timelines.
5. Validate electrical panels, VFD systems, motors, gearboxes, and control systems.
3. AMC Preventive Maintenance
1. Develop and implement AMC schedules.
2. Ensure preventive predictive maintenance practices are followed.
3. Conduct periodic health check-ups and audits.
4. Reduce downtime through structured maintenance planning.
