Role Description
The Ecommerce Operation Executive will manage day-to-day online marketplace and website operations, ensuring smooth product listings, pricing updates, inventory accuracy, and order processing. This full time on-site role, based in New Delhi, involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to optimize catalog quality, resolve listing issues, and maintain compliance with platform guidelines.



The role includes monitoring performance metrics, tracking sales, and analyzing customer behavior to improve conversion and reduce operational bottlenecks. The executive will handle customer queries related to orders and delivery, work with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch, and support promotional campaigns, discounts, and new product launches. Regular reporting, documentation, and process improvement are key components of this position.
