Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Sr. Developer - Rumba
to join the offshore team and support Business-as-Usual (BAU) projects involving
.NET application upgrades, Oracle database upgrades, and server infrastructure modernization
. If you have strong expertise in
VB.NET, ASP.NET, Oracle DB
, and experience with
upgrade or migration projects
, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
✅ Analyze existing systems and support BAU upgrade initiatives
✅ Develop and enhance applications based on business requirements
✅ Manage source code using Azure DevOps
✅ Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
✅ Prepare deployment plans and environment setup documentation
✅ Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, backup, rollback, and disaster recovery procedures
Mandatory Skills
✔ VB.NET
✔ ASP.NET
✔ Oracle Database
✔ Crystal Reports
✔ Experience in technology upgrade/migration projects
✔ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Skills
⭐ Rumba knowledge and upgrade project experience
