Role & responsibilities

1. Possessing fundamental expertise in managing both inbound and outbound air and sea shipments.
2. The candidate is expected to maintain established contacts with liner and co-loader personnel to secure rates and manage bookings.
3. Proficiency in analysing pricing structures to prepare quotations that align with specific customer requirements is required.
4. The candidate must demonstrate efficiency regarding Turnaround Time, specifically delivering primary quotes within 3 hours for Export rates and within 24 hours for Import requests.
5. Maintaining proactive follow-up with Liners, Airlines, and other local agents is essential to ensure timely operational execution.
6. Responsibility includes maintaining a DSR for every customer and documenting lost files alongside relevant remarks.
7. Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients by understanding their needs, providing expert advice,



and offering tailored logistics solutions
8. Stay updated about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the competition.
9. Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for export shipments, negotiate terms and pricing with clients, and follow up to secure business.
10. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of export shipments, address any client concerns or issues, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.
11. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.

1. Previous experience in customer service and sales support, preferably in the logistics or industry
