Experience: 8-10 years of experience in IT Application Management.
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:-
-Lead and manage IT application support and ERP operations.
- Manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for ERP implementation and support.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and resolve ERP-related issues.
- Conduct user training and prepare system documentation.
- Lead and mentor the IT team.
Required Skills:-
-Experience in 2-3 ERP implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP (preferred).
- Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team handling and stakeholder management.
Qualification:-
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
