Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Learning & Development Manager to join our organization in Pune, India. In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategic design, development, and implementation of comprehensive training and development programs that drive organizational excellence and foster a culture of continuous learning. As an L&D; Manager,



you will partner with senior leadership and department heads to align learning initiatives with business objectives, while championing employee growth and engagement across the organization.
- Develop, implement, and oversee the annual training plan and budget, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals and efficient resource allocation
- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with department heads and senior management to identify skill gaps and training requirements
- Design, customize, and deliver engaging training programs—both internal and external—across all organizational levels and departments
- Lead and mentor the L&D; team, fostering a collaborative and cutting-edge environment that encourages creative problem-solving and professional development
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure training effectiveness, ROI, and impact on organizational performance
