Who we are

Savvy Agents (savvyagents.ai) builds AI agents for dental and medical practices, including Ira (AI receptionist), Milo (AI insurance coordinator), Novi (AI patient retention), and Sia (AI clinical scribe). Our products integrate directly with practice management systems like Open Dental, Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, and Cloud9, helping practices automate scheduling, insurance verification, patient outreach, and clinical documentation.

What we are looking for

We're looking for a QA / Software Testing Engineer to own day-to-day testing of our application before it reaches customers.

You'll be responsible for:
- Testing the application end-to-end on an ongoing basis
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs
- Verifying stability and confirming requirements are met before release
- Working closely with the team to catch issues early and often

What We Need From You




- 3+ years of software testing/QA experience
- Comfortable working US business hours (some flexibility possible)
- Comfortable in a quick-paced startup environment where priorities and direction can shift quickly, and there isn't always a fixed playbook
- Adaptable, self-directed, and able to pivot as the product evolves
- Willing to attend an in-person interview.

This role requires working largely independently, without heavy day-to-day support from the team. You’ll be expected to take full ownership of testing and drive it forward on your own.
