Mandatory Skills • 3to 8 years of experience in performance or growth marketing • Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, analytics, and attribution • Robust understanding of B2B SaaS growth and lead generation • Deep knowledge of funnels, landing pages, CRO, retargeting, and lifecycle marketing • Ability to reduce CAC while improving lead quality and conversion rates • Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical skills • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, GA4, or similar platforms Good to Have Skills • Experience scaling early-stage startups (01 or 1–10) • Background in AI, SaaS, HRTech,
