About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative
Video Editor
with
2+ years
of relevant experience in
podcast
and
long-form video editing.
The role requires solid expertise in end-to-end podcast production workflows,
motion graphics
, and visual storytelling, along with the ability to manage high-volume content production while maintaining exceptional quality and meeting delivery timelines.





The role demands candidates who are capable of independently managing podcast deliverables while collaborating closely with the editing team to ensure timely, high-quality output and someone who can balance creativity with efficiency, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain consistency across all content formats.

Responsibilities:
- Edit and
produce high-quality podcast episodes
from raw footage to final delivery.
- Manage end-to-end podcast production workflows, including editing, color correction, audio synchronization, graphics integration, and final exports.
- Coordinate daily with the editing team to track progress, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain delivery quality standards.
- Create engaging trailer cuts
and
short-form content (Reels)
from long-form podcast episodes.
- Apply
motion graphics,
visual enhancements, and storytelling techniques to improve audience engagement and content retention.
