Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual primary & secondary sales targets.
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors, super stockists, and channel partners.
- Expand market reach by increasing numeric & weighted distribution and onboarding new retail outlets.
- Ensure strong product availability, visibility, merchandising, and execution across GT & MT channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Execute trade schemes, promotions,
product launches, and market development activities.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, identify growth opportunities, and provide market insights.
- Manage distributor inventory, sales reporting, and ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations and excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations, including pipeline management and sales reporting.
- Knowledge of Channel Sales and working with distributors, retailers, and other trade partners.
- Prior experience in FMCG or consumer goods sales in India, preferably in a similar on-site field role.
