Role Description The International Research Paper Mentor for Students – Physics/AstroPhysics is a part-time, remote role focused on guiding students through the process of developing high-quality research papers for international platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include helping students refine research questions, plan methodologies, and conduct literature reviews in physics or astrophysics. The mentor will support students in structuring papers,



improving academic writing, ensuring proper citation practices, and preparing submissions to journals or conferences. The role also involves providing constructive feedback, tracking student progress, and offering mentorship on research ethics, presentation skills, and long-term academic development.

Qualifications
- Strong subject-matter expertise in Physics and/or Astrophysics, with a solid understanding of current research trends and methodologies.
- Proven experience in academic or scientific research, including authoring or co-authoring peer-reviewed papers, conference presentations, or technical reports.
- Excellent academic and scientific writing skills, with the ability to guide students on structure, clarity, argumentation, and citation styles (e.g., APA, MLA, IEEE).
- Experience mentoring or teaching students, preferably at high school, undergraduate, or early graduate level, with a supportive
