Job Description
Job Summary
To provide technical
expertise and guidance on pharmaceutical packing machinery
, ensuring optimal performance, compliance with regulatory standards, and continuous improvement in packaging operations at all sites of SGO.

Area Of Responsibility
- Technical Expertise: Act as the go-to expert for all types of packing machines (blister, bottle, strip, sachet, cartonators, Vial filling, Tube filler,



Pen device injectables etc.).
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex machine issues and support maintenance teams.
- Process Optimization: Drive initiatives for efficiency improvement, reduction of downtime, and cost optimization.
- Training & Development: Conduct training for operators, maintenance teams, and engineers on machine operation and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: OEE improvement, and automation upgrades, manpower productivity, Bench marking .
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with OEMs for technical upgrades, spare parts, and performance enhancements.
