We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet recruitment targets within the given timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Valuable negotiation and candidate relationship management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
