Role Description
The Calling Associate Night Shift role at topGrads is a full-time, on-site position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. In this role, the associate will handle outbound and inbound calls, share information about services, and document call outcomes accurately in internal systems. The associate will follow defined scripts and guidelines, respond to basic queries, and transfer calls or escalate issues when required. Daily responsibilities include meeting defined call targets,



maintaining professional communication, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve call quality and efficiency. This role is intended for freshers who are starting their careers and seeking hands-on experience in a structured calling setting.

Qualifications
