Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven and AI-proficient Performance Marketing Executive to join our team.

In this role, you will take full ownership of the planning, setup, optimization, and reporting of multi-channel campaigns targeting stakeholders and decision makers in the B2B Semiconductor and Technology industry.

You will leverage market research and AI skills to develop and execute hands-on campaigns, navigating traditional and emerging channels.

A. Performance Marketing and Automation

1. Own the end-to-end strategy, configuration, deployment and daily management of paid search and paid social campaigns.
2. Perform A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, bid types, and landing pages to constantly maximize performance and ROI.
3. Conduct intent-based keyword/query research and in-depth competitor research to deliver best campaign strategies.
4. Translate data and trends into structured briefs for our content development team. Guide them on visual assets and messaging variants needed for both paid ads and organic posts.

Implement processes across marketing automation tools like Hubspot, Brevo, Marketo, etc.
6. Design, build, and manage AI Agents to automate recurring workflows like campaign reporting, competitor monitoring, keyword research, and content brief generation.
7. Stay updated and train teams on the latest developments in paid media platforms, MarTech and AI Tools.

B. AI Optimisation and SEO:

1. Track organic traffic sources, brand mentions and keywords for client web properties using Google Search Console, Bing Webmasters and Google Analytics (GA4), and AI monitoring tools (Conductor/Profound/SEMRush)
2. Monitor and Optimize web pages to ensure client content - products, documentations, and solutions are properly indexed, cited, and recommended by conversational models like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity.

C. Data Analysis & Client Reporting

1. Maintain accurate cross-channel performance tracking with Ads analytics, Google Analytics 4 (
