We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), estimating project costs, conducting quantity take-offs, and supporting procurement activities for interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of interior works and proficiency in AutoCAD and Advanced Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on drawings, specifications, and site measurements.
- Perform quantity take-offs for civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and other interior fit-out works.
- Analyze vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements for cost evaluation.
- Develop detailed project cost estimates and budgets.
- Conduct material quantity calculations and prepare material requirement plans.
- Perform rate analysis for various construction and interior works.
- Monitor project costs and assist in cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with design, execution, and procurement teams to ensure accurate quantity and cost planning.
- Support the procurement team by providing BOQs, technical specifications, and quantity details during vendor selection and purchasing.
- Maintain estimation records, cost databases, and project documentation.
- Assist in value engineering and cost optimization without compromising quality.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–5 years
of experience in q
