Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, servo, and VFD-based control systems.

Perform machine commissioning, testing, and production support.

Diagnose and resolve automation, electrical, and mechanical breakdowns.

Maintain control panels, motors, sensors, actuators, and industrial communication networks.

Support maintenance of conveyors, pneumatic systems, gearboxes, bearings, and other mechanical equipment.

Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance activities to minimize downtime.

Analyze machine failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, electrical drawings, BOMs, and maintenance records.

Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to improve machine performance and reliability.





Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.

PLC Programming and Troubleshooting

HMI/SCADA Development

Servo Drives and Motion Control

VFD Configuration and Maintenance

Industrial Communication Protocols (EtherCAT, Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP)

Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance

Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems

Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related engineering discipline. Program, configure, and commission PLCs (Siemens, Delta, Mitsubishi, Omron, Innovance)
