Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Generation Specialist.

The Lead Generation Specialist will identify and qualify new leads, focusing on families and partners who can benefit from Special Minds’ educational and developmental services. Daily responsibilities include researching target markets, building and managing lead lists, and initiating contact through calls, emails, and online channels.

The role involves nurturing prospects, coordinating with the sales and outreach teams,



and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The specialist will also support campaigns, track lead performance metrics, and suggest improvements to lead generation strategies.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to identify and generate new leads, with experience in lead generation and prospecting.
- Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional client-facing interaction.
- Background in sales or outreach, with the ability to qualify prospects and support conversion efforts.
- Research skills to analyze markets, identify target segments, and gather relevant prospect information.
- Comfort working remotely, with solid time management, organization, and self-motivation.
- Experience using CRM or lead management tools and basic proficiency with productivity software.
