Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop curricula for hospitality courses, including food & beverage service, housekeeping, management, and culinary arts.
- Plan lessons and deliver engaging lectures to students on these topics.
- Manage classroom activities to promote active learning and participation.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, exams, and projects.
- Provide individualized guidance and feedback to students.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in teaching or related field (hospitality industry).
- MBA/PGDM/MHM/MTM degree in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline.
- Solid knowledge of curriculum development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to teach effectively at undergraduate level.
