require deep technical expertise in AI/ML engineering. Instead, we are looking for professionals who can act as the bridge between business strategy and AI-enabled execution.

Must have skills:
- Robust consulting and business problem-solving experience
- Experience driving Data & AI-led transformation programs
- Functional expertise in one or more areas:




- Sales & distribution Analytics
- Commercial Analytics
- Marketing & Customer Analytics
- Supply Chain & Operations
- Ability to conceptualize AI/GenAI use cases for business problems
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience working with global clients and senior leadership teams
- Understanding of analytics, predictive modeling, and AI-driven decision-making

Good to have skills:
- Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, and advanced analytics programs
- Familiarity with technicals tools like Python, Power BI/Tableau, Spark, or cloud-based
- Understanding of modern data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Experience collaborating with data science and engineering teams
