Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Support & Website Administrator to manage and maintain our business-critical WordPress websites, provide day-to-day IT support, assist with ISO audit activities, and support basic network security operations. This role is hands-on and broad — the primary focus is WordPress website management and change tracking, with supporting responsibilities across IT helpdesk, compliance assistance, and network security.

Key Responsibilities:
Website Administration (Primary)
- Maintain, update, and troubleshoot WordPress websites. Identify and resolve front-end issues using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Track and document all changes made to websites — including plugin updates, theme modifications, content changes, and configuration updates — maintaining a clear change log.
