Estimation Engineer Commercial Interior-Fit out

The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end estimation activities for commercial interior fit-out and turnkey projects, ensuring accurate quantity take-offs, competitive costing, risk identification, and margin control, in line with company SOPs.

- AutoCAD – mandatory
- MS Excel – advanced level
- ERP / Zoho / estimation software – added advantage

10. Reporting & Review

Key Skills Required




- Strong knowledge of commercial interior & turnkey fit-out
- Excellent analytical, costing & negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Understanding of materials, finishes & execution methods

Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience
- 3–7 years in interior fit-out estimation
- Commercial / office / retail project experience preferred
