We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to oversee all financial aspects of the company. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in financial management, reporting, and strategic planning. The role involves ensuring the organizations financial health through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, while also leading a dedicated Finance & Accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Financial Planning & Advisory

Responsible for developing and executing long-term financial strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Provide strategic insights and decision support to senior leadership on investment planning, capital allocation, pricing, and growth initiatives. Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with business plans. Continuously analyze financial performance, key metrics, and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

2. Cash Flow & Daily Financial Operations

Oversee end-to-end cash flow management, liquidity planning,



and working capital optimization to ensure financial stability. Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and funding requirements as needed. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including balance sheet, P&L;, and cash flow statements. Supervise core finance operations including receivables, payables, reconciliations, and cost control to ensure efficiency and accuracy in day-to-day financial processes.

3. Risk Management & Legal Compliance

Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and minimize financial risks. Ensure full compliance with applicable tax laws, statutory regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies. Act as the key liaison for external auditors and regulatory bodies, coordinating statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits. Drive transparency, accuracy, and governance in all financial reporting and disclosures.
