1. Execution of learning programs for HMCL field service staff to improve their technical knowledge and skill.
Execution of technical training for TM’s on 3-on-1 concept.
Post Training feedback, Action Plan & Evaluation of participants on parameters of training. Follow up with participants to close the Action plans after 3 months from date of training.
