Role Description
The Assistant role is a full time, on-site position based at Dr. Rajat Jangir’s Shoulder & Knee Surgery Clinic in Jaipur. The Assistant will support daily clinic operations,



including managing patient appointments, maintaining records, coordinating with medical and rehabilitation staff, and helping ensure smooth patient flow. Responsibilities include greeting and guiding patients, handling basic administrative tasks, assisting with patient preparation for consultations or procedures as directed, and communicating essential information to patients and caregivers. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized workspace, supporting inventory checks for clinical supplies, and responding promptly and professionally to phone, in-person, and online inquiries.
