Role & responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory records, optimizing warehouse space.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate reorders to prevent shortages.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, assigning tasks efficiently.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Address product discrepancies or quality issues promptly.
- Generate and maintain reports related to inventory, shipping, and receiving activities.
- Document and report incidents, damages, or losses to management.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3-4 years experience in the textile industry is preferred.
- Solid leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good Knowledge in MS Office Excel.
