Job Description

Zapare Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead our development initiatives, define technical architecture, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality software products. This role requires a blend of hands-on coding, team leadership, and strong problem-solving skills to drive excellence in every stage of development.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Conduct detailed code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with management, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external partners.
- Drive agile practices by conducting regular stand-ups, sprint reviews, and planning sessions.
- Provide technical guidance, foster innovation, and encourage continuous learning within the team.
- Oversee project delivery timelines, risk assessments, and issue resolutions.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical and user documentation.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization and technology improvements.





Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the US Healthcare domain.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and data privacy requirements.
- Exposure to ISO 27001 / SOC 2 certified environments.
- Experience building and deploying microservices architectures.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or equivalent certification.

- 2–6 years of robust hands-on experience in Python development.
- Experience with
Django

Django REST Framework
- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs
- Experience implementing
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
, authentication, authorization, and permissions
- Experience with relational databases such as

MySQL
