You'll own everything after a client signs with us, from strategy and communication to execution, delivery, and results.
This is not a coordination role. This is an ownership role.
Your Mission
Ensure every client achieves exceptional results while delivering an outstanding client experience.
You will own delivery, client communication, project management, team coordination, and strategic execution across multiple client accounts.
Your success will directly impact client retention, agency growth, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities

Client Success & Relationship Management
- Own the complete client relationship from onboarding to renewal.
- Lead weekly, fortnightly, and monthly client meetings.
- Be the primary point of contact for all client communication.
- Send regular email updates and progress reports.
- Build trust through proactive communication and transparency.
- Identify risks early and resolve issues before they become problems.
- Ensure clients remain engaged, informed, and confident throughout every engagement.
2. Project & Delivery Management
- Own end-to-end delivery for every assigned client.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Keep all GTM sheets, project trackers, timelines, and documentation updated.
- Ensure every deliverable aligns with the agreed Scope of Work (SOW).
