About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven
Business Manager – Franchisee Network Growth
to lead the expansion of our franchise partner network across India. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, evaluating, and onboarding entrepreneurs who are interested in operating under our franchise business model.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in franchise development, dealer network expansion, channel sales, or partner acquisition, with excellent commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and onboard franchise partners across assigned territories.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective franchisees through networking, referrals, events, and outbound outreach.
- Conduct business presentations and meetings with entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners.
- Explain the franchise business model,



investment requirements, revenue potential, ROI, and operational processes.
- Assess the commercial viability and suitability of prospective partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate the complete onboarding process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth franchise launch and operational readiness.
- Build long-term relationships with franchise partners and support their business growth.
- Track sales pipeline, partner acquisition metrics, and business development activities through CRM.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and franchise expansion opportunities.

Candidate Profile
- 5–7 years of experience in
Franchise Development, Franchise Expansion, Dealer Network Development, Channel Sales, or Partner Acquisition

- Experience in Automobile, EV, Mobility, Logistics, Retail, or similar industries is highly preferred.
