Role Overview:

We are looking for a lively, highly skilled, and seasoned Advertising Account Manager with a strong instinct for building client relationships and translating complex brand objectives into impactful mainline campaigns.

This role focuses exclusively on our Mainline Marketing vertical. Experience in media, events, or purely digital agencies will not be considered. Solid Print/Mainline advertising exposure is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership
: Directly manage, mentor, and guide a high-performing team of 2–3 Account Managers to ensure flawless operational execution.
2. Relationship Management:
Lead strategic client interactions to deeply understand their products,



business objectives, competitors, and target audiences.
3. Escalation Handling:
Serve as the primary point of contact for critical client escalations, resolving complex issues with sound judgment, speed, and a high sense of urgency.
4. Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Translate insights and client briefs into robust marketing plans, strategic communication solutions, timelines, and budgets.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Partner closely with creative, copy, and strategy teams to shape campaign direction, brainstorm brand strategies, and deliver seamless execution on client briefs.
6. High-Impact Delivery:
Create and deliver compelling presentations for campaign pitches, brand launches, and initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery within defined timelines.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Experience:
5–10 years of proven account management and client servicing experience within a Tier 1 or
