About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and solutions-oriented
Technology Operations Engineer
to support and enhance our organization’s technology ecosystem. This is a
remote
role for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, improving business processes through automation, and working with emerging technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT operations, supporting Microsoft 365, implementing software solutions, maintaining technology assets, evaluating AI tools, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and leadership while working in a remote workplace.

Key Responsibilities

· Administer and support Microsoft 365, including user onboarding/offboarding, licensing, permissions, security, and collaboration tools such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

· Provide technical support for hardware, software, networking, and end-user issues while managing company devices and IT assets remotely.





· Maintain accurate records of hardware, software licenses, subscriptions, warranties, vendor contracts, and technology inventory.

· Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, implementation guides, and knowledge base articles.

· Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, Make, n8n, Python, or similar platforms.

· Evaluate and leverage AI tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Gemini, to improve productivity and business workflows.

· Build, maintain, and support company websites, SaaS applications, and system integrations using no-code, low-code, or development platforms.

· Research and evaluate software solutions by conducting proof-of-concept (POC) assessments and recommending technologies based on business needs.
