We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused
Sales & Marketing Executive
to help us grow our brand, manage client relationships, and convert qualified leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads from social media, website, referrals, and other marketing channels.
- Understand client requirements and schedule design consultations.
- Conduct initial client discussions and explain our design process.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure smooth client handovers.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate lead data and update the CRM.
- Support marketing activities, campaigns, exhibitions,



and promotional events.
- Build relationships with architects, builders, channel partners, and referral networks.
- Track sales performance and submit weekly reports.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales and business development targets.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent communication skills in
English and Telugu
. Hindi is an added advantage.
- Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets.
- Prior experience in interiors, real estate, construction, furniture, or home improvement is preferred but
not mandatory
