Key Responsibilities
- Define strategy, vision, and thought leadership roadmap for the DFS product unit to position it as a leading global fintech platform
- Lead modernization of DFS platforms into agentic, SaaS-based, cloud-native solutions using AI, automation, and emerging technologies
- Develop and scale DFS product offerings across:
- Digital wallets and mobile money
- Payments (retail, merchant, real-time, cross-border)
- Credit platforms
- Merchant, partner, marketplace ecosystems
- Enterprise and B2B DFS use cases
- Own end-to-end delivery of DFS solutions including scalability, security, compliance, and customer success
- Drive global business growth through presales support, solutioning, and collaboration with sales teams
- Build and lead large-scale engineering, delivery, and support teams
- Own P&L;, including revenue growth, margins, and profitability
- Manage senior client stakeholders and drive strategic customer engagement globally

Mandatory Skills
- Robust expertise in Digital Financial Solutions, fintech ecosystems, payments, and digital banking platforms




- Proven experience in product engineering, delivery leadership, and technology transformation
- Experience in business/domain architecture and solutioning for DFS platforms
- Strong exposure to global customer engagement, especially in USA and Europe
- Demonstrated capability in leading large teams (500+ FTEs)
- Experience with P&L; ownership and business operations management
- Strong technical foundation in:
- Java, Python, C++
- Microservices architecture
- Cloud-native platforms
- Containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, Agile/Scaled Agile practices, and tools such as JIRA, Jenkins, GitHub, Selenium
- Experience in multi-region delivery (USA, Europe, Middle East, Africa, APAC)

Desirable Skills
- Exposure to SaaS transformation and enterprise product development
- Familiarity with GenAI use cases in DFS (fraud detection, personalization, automation, analytics)
