We are seeking a Fleet Operations Supervisor to oversee daily fleet activities, ensure vehicle availability, monitor driver performance, and maintain smooth operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily fleet operations and driver activities.
- Ensure timely vehicle deployment and service completion.
- Monitor vehicle utilization, downtime, and operational performance.
- Coordinate with drivers regarding schedules, attendance, and operational requirements.
- Track and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain fleet records, reports, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance and service schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.




- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in fleet operations, logistics, transportation, or operations management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience managing drivers or field teams.
- Knowledge of fleet management systems and GPS tracking.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
