Role Description
This full-time remote Business Development Executive role is responsible for driving growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the recruitment and HR services space. Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets, generating and qualifying leads, and conducting outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to build a strong sales pipeline. The role involves managing client accounts, preparing proposals and presentations,



and collaborating with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs. The Business Development Executive will maintain regular communication with prospects and clients, track activities in CRM tools, and provide feedback on market trends to support strategic planning.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a robust pipeline.
- Candidates should possess skills in Account Management and Business relationship building to maintain and grow client partnerships.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and active listening.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in recruitment, HR services, or professional services sales.
