This is a technical web ownership role not a marketing project management role. The Lead Digital Website Manager is the single point of accountability for the performance, health, and conversion of Daxko's web platform across multiple brand properties. You will work directly with the India-based development team to build, optimize, and govern the platform, while partnering with the US-based Website Program Manager who owns roadmap and stakeholder requirements.
Candidates who lean toward stakeholder management and marketing strategy are the wrong fit for this role. We are looking for candidates who lean toward engineering, technical SEO, CRO, and platform ownership.
What You'll Own
Technical Platform & Component Library
- Own, govern, and evolve the template and component library across Daxko's web properties including naming conventions, usage standards, and decisions about when to build current vs. extend existing components
- Assess technical feasibility for incoming marketing requests reviewing existing components, estimating dev effort, flagging technical debt,
and pushing back when a request requires net-new build
- Manage end-to-end technical program delivery across the Daxko core site and a portfolio of independent brand sites: Club Automation, Exercise, Zen Planner, SugarWOD, customer portal, and partner site
- Serve as the final pre-launch technical gate for the independent brand portfolio
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Own CRO outcomes across Daxko's web properties not just reporting on them, but driving measurable improvement in form completions, demo requests, and conversion rates
- Use heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analysis, and GA4 to identify friction points and prioritize fixes by impact and traffic volume
- Design and implement structured tests and targeted improvements based on evidence, with clear hypotheses and outcome measurement
Technical SEO & Site Health
- Own technical SEO across all Daxko web properties — Core Web Vitals, crawl
