About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented HR Generalist Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions, providing an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and general HR administration.This is an internship designed for individuals who are eager to learn and build a career in Human Resources. Based on exceptional performance, the intern may be offered a full-time employment opportunity upon successful completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Assist in preparing HR documents, letters, and reports.




- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
- Help manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Support performance management and employee feedback processes.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Robust interest in building a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.
