Role Description
The Front Office Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based at Bookmark Resorts in Sawai Madhopur. This role oversees daily front office operations, including reception, reservations, and guest services, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes and a welcoming lobby environment. The supervisor guides and supports front office team members, manages shift schedules, monitors service standards, and assists in resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.



Responsibilities include coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, maintaining accurate records and reports, and ensuring compliance with resort policies and procedures. The role also involves training front office staff, optimizing reservation management, and contributing to continuous improvement of guest experience.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, delegation, and performance monitoring.
