Job Title: Telecalling Intern
Location: Delhi (Work From Home)
Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills and be comfortable interacting with customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing customers.
- Collect customer feedback regarding products and services.
- Conduct feedback and inside sales calls professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to share customer insights.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and handling conversations politely.
- Basic understanding of customer service or inside sales is preferred.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets is an added advantage.
