We are seeking an experienced Junior Executive in Human Resource to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of progressive experience in the field of Human Resource, with a solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for entire recruitment cycle starting from planning, onboarding & exit
- Responsible for End-to-end Talent Acquisition Process levels.
- HR Operations (like issuing employee letters etc)
- Manpower Planning & Forecasting, Sourcing, Screening, Planning, Conducting Interviews, Background Checks, Timely Closure of Manpower Targets as per Budgeted Numbers and target hire dates.
- Monitoring & Implementing of Effective Sourcing Channels like Campus Recruitments, Internal Job Posting & Employee Referral Schemes.
- To design job description of every position and restructure the entire organization to optimize the requirement.
- Maintaining Database of CVs, Short-listing Of Resumes.
- Continues & timely follow up with candidates and department heads.
- Seamless coordination with the Plant.
- Employee engagement and grievance handling
- MIS Reporting
Skills Required
- Proven 1-2 years of working experience in the HR department
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Preference if worked at a Pharma Plant
Pedigree
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications in Human Resources or Organization Development
