Role Overview
We are looking for a
Manager – Operations Excellence
to drive process standardization, efficiency, and automation across Kroll’s service lines and internal firm functions.
This role focuses on applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize internal cyber workflows, platforms, and operating models, improving throughput, quality, and cost efficiency across global delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities1. Six Sigma & Process Excellence — Core Focus
- Apply DMAIC and Lean frameworks to improve internal cyber operations.
- Conduct as-is versus to-be assessments of processes.
- Drive process standardization, SOP creation, and control frameworks.
- Define KPIs and establish governance for the same.
- Redesign and optimize workflows across cyber operations.
- Reduce manual touchpoints and process variability.
- Enable scalable and repeatable operating models across GCC locations.

Automation & Platform Efficiency
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across services.
- Use tools such as:
- Power Platform
- Power Automate
- Power Apps
- Workflow and orchestration tools
- Partner with technology teams to build solutions.
3. Data, Metrics & Decision Intelligence
- Build operational dashboards.
- Improve data quality and reporting frameworks.
- Enable data-driven decision-making in cyber operations.
4. Stakeholder & Transformation Leadership
- Partner with:
- Cyber Operations leadership
- IT and Platform teams
- GCC delivery teams
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Drive adoption of process excellence practices across cyber teams.
5. Team Leadership
- Review and guide junior resources.
- Coach teams on Six Sigma tools and mindset.
- Build a continuous improvement culture within cyber operations.
