Job Summary

Sujatha School, Moinabad is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to oversee day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, attendance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Candidates with prior experience in the education sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updating of HR documentation.
- Administer attendance, leave, and employee timekeeping systems.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation.
- Support statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Skilled Tax, and other applicable labour laws.
- Prepare HR reports, employment letters, contracts, confirmations, and other employee-related documentation.
- Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.




- Handle employee queries professionally and maintain positive employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, HR procedures, and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with school leadership and administrative departments to support smooth HR operations.

Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR/payroll software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the education sector or school administration will be an added advantage.
